Wayne Northey has been writing on Restorative Justice since 1974 — when only a handful knew the term. He became second Director of the first restorative justice initiative in Canada, a program imitated worldwide. From 1998 to 2014 he served as Director of Man-to-Man/Woman-to-Woman Restorative Christian Ministries (M2/W2) in British Columbia.
